Booking Questions
You can book a ride through our website or mobile app. Simply enter your pickup and dropoff locations, select your vehicle type, and choose between getting direct offers from drivers or booking at the displayed price.
We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance for guaranteed availability, especially during peak times or for airport transfers. However, we also accommodate last-minute bookings based on driver availability.
Yes, we offer vehicles that can accommodate up to 15 passengers. For larger groups, you can make multiple bookings or contact our customer service for a customized solution.
Payment Questions
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Payment is processed securely through our platform after you accept a driver's offer or complete your direct booking.
Cancellations made 24+ hours before pickup receive a full refund. Cancellations 12-24 hours before pickup receive a 50% refund. Cancellations 4-12 hours before pickup receive a 25% refund. Cancellations less than 4 hours before pickup are not eligible for a refund.
Our prices include standard services. Additional fees may apply for extra waiting time, stops along the route, toll roads, or special requests. All applicable fees will be clearly displayed before you confirm your booking.
Ride Questions
Our drivers strive to be punctual. If your driver is running late, you will be notified through the app with the updated arrival time. For delays exceeding 15 minutes, you may be eligible for a service credit.
If you leave something in the vehicle, you can contact your driver directly through the app or contact our customer support team. We'll help coordinate the return of your items as quickly as possible.
Yes, you can include special requests in your booking, such as child seats, specific vehicle features, or driver preferences. We'll do our best to accommodate these requests based on availability.
Application Questions
To become a driver, register on our platform, submit the required documentation (driver's license, vehicle registration, insurance, etc.), pass a background check, and complete our orientation. Once approved, you can start accepting ride requests.
You'll need to provide a valid driver's license, vehicle registration, proof of insurance, proof of identity, a professional profile photo, and any local permits required for chauffeur services in your area.
Vehicles must be less than 5 years old, in excellent condition, with 4 doors and seating for at least 4 passengers. Different vehicle categories have specific requirements for luxury features and amenities.
Earnings Questions
Earnings vary based on your availability, the number of rides you complete, and your vehicle type. On average, our drivers earn between $20-40 per hour after our platform fee, with luxury vehicle drivers earning more.
Payments are processed weekly, with funds deposited directly to your bank account or preferred payment method. You can track your earnings in real-time through the driver dashboard.
Our platform charges a 15% service fee on each completed ride, which covers payment processing, marketing, customer support, and platform maintenance.
Working Questions
Yes, you have complete flexibility to set your own hours. You can indicate your availability in the app and choose which ride requests to accept based on your schedule.
You'll receive notifications of available bookings in your area. Review the details and if interested, submit an offer with your price. If the client accepts your offer, the booking is confirmed and details are sent to you.
We provide dedicated driver support through the app, email, and phone. We also offer regular webinars, training resources, and a driver community forum for sharing tips and experiences.
